Can food be art?

Mark is moving to Christchurch in a few days for his new job so he took us out for a meal.  We went to Sidart which is in Ponsonby.  It is a tiny little restaurant but the food was amazing.  Loads of photos - we were one of those geeks who took pictures of their meals - but the food was awesome!

Matt proclaims that this was one of his top 3 restaurants - which is pretty high praise!  The most impressive thing was that it wasn't food you could go home and recreate - it has so many components to it.
