Dinner Tonight

In the current theme of farewelling Mark we are having luscious meals to help ease him into the concept of flatting!  So tonight on the menu is:

  • Blue cod - lightly grilled with lemon
  • Sweet chilli shrimp skewers
  • Scallops sauteed with garlic and lemon
  • Aged eye fillet with garlic and chilli
  • Baked potatoes
  • Green wok veges
  • Garlic bread


Here it all is ready to go!
Kate is working tonight so we're allowed seafood!  Am sure this is the sort of menu Mark will enjoy in Christchurch!

Still could have left some eye fillet, i even could have cooked my own, looks pretty good.
