It's been a while..

...sorry.  Tried posting this ages ago from my phone but it didn't seem to cope with the videos and so I lost it all!  Hence I've put off posting anything else until I could do this - wanted to keep everything in date order - as you do!

So a few weeks ago now (perhaps a month?!) Fred & Ju picked us up early one morning and we headed north to Matakana to take in the Saturday morning market.

 We collected a few things to make a picnic lunch from the market and had a feast on the beach at Omaha.  it was a stunning day - even got a little burnt on the beach.

 Very crunchy sandwiches - they were delicious with the added supplement of sand!

 Tahi entertained herself well by repetitively doing this:

 After the beach we sought out coffee at the new Wynyard Quarter - it's such a cool new place.
Tahi was the centre of attention as she fetched the ball - was very amusing to watch her jump off the edge!
