The Weekend That Was

Just one more shift this weekend..one step closer to moving back hopefully! We are now at Fred and Ju's house. They leave on Saturday for their amazing trip. Fred has a work mate who has shifted in also who will house sit while they're away. Shift went well - thanks to Kate for her help AGAIN!

Then Matt got his belated birthday present from Kate:


And promptly had to dig a hole for it! Double Apple tree - Royal Gala and Braeburn. Yum.


Then Saturday night we went to the Pakuranga Night Market - it was amazing! Waited in line for ages for these...Churro's - amazing.


A little candy floss for $2?!


Quite an experience and so many people!
Then quietly on Sunday we cleaned the aluminum and windows on the outside so the scaffolding can come down this week.


Kate checked our the position of her bed in her new room..perfect for an afternoon sleep!
