An update around home

So it's been a while since we posted about the house...although not much has happened inside we've done a few projects outside.  Gardens mostly, Matt loves digging, digging holes, particularly in our lovely clay dirt...

Mum and Dad were up for a conference recently and we fitted a few hours shopping in - fortunately it wasn't days as the consequences of a few hours meant an additional suitcase to go home...

 Matt brought home a touch of Spring last week, they were gorgeous

 Our orchid is flowering again, it's done amazing well for all it's neglect!

 A bit of colour on the deck

 Our Magnolia is about to burst into flower

 And the Daphne is smelling beautiful

 Here is one of the projects, the carpark has grass planted now and gardens in and at the top of the wall are planted, just some growth needed

 And our rose garden down the side of the drive, 12 roses planted!  Bring on the roses.

 Daffodils are flowering - it does seem like Spring

 Our Nanny leaving brought us some gorgeous mini Daffodils
