The Sale!

There was much excitement when the email was received informing us of an upcoming sale by Briarwood!  Perhaps I exaggerate or embellish - there was much excitement by me - not my dear husband...not sure why really.

So the need to leave school promptly on Friday afternoon arose, quick stop by the house gate to collect Kate - who took so long it required a toot - then off to the sale.

There are tables full of handbags in the warehouse and then lines of shoes and boots...where to start - quick glance at the bags, collecting up a few possibilities then quickly to the shoes.

Sadly none of the boots fitted my legs - but Kate was successful.  Keep an eye out on her blog and be prepared to be shocked!

So after much deliberation and talking to oneself about being sensible I brought 1 pair of shoes and 1 handbag / tote - probably for school use.

And then today I went back to get some things for mum..

 And lovely wallet.  So this is a taster for her...until Kate comes down in 2 weeks - unless she wants posted earlier?

Oh and a catch up from a sale a while ago - Trelise Cooper this time.  Found a skirt I loved - rather different colours for me - but I like it!

So now the shopping ends - hopefully.  Plans are at council - house is getting closer!!
