Well done, looks like you're making some progress - looks like you've had a heap more rain than us. Ensure... On Shore?? You need to get Ms Teacher to check your english love. Guess you're talking about Bearers (back framing) You've been a while out of the building company :) So is this Matt's way of 'marking his territory'?
Ah you see - thats predictive text on the ph for you! Framing of the floor makes sense!! Yep he's got the garage marked out - along with the laundry:-)
